Video Tutorial With Real Tree Branches
In this fun video, Jamie Petitto shares her strategy for making your own jewelry stand out of a real tree branch or twigs. Before you start, gather the following supplies: a base container, sticks or branches, super glue, polymer clay, filler (sand, marbles, glass pebbles), paint (acrylic or spray paint). She advises a heavy enough base container to ensure stability. I found this video super fun to watch. I hope you do too.Book Art Jewelry Tree Stand
Pearl at That Pearl Girl shares this tutorial for the super crafty. I love anything related to books and words, so her idea grabbed my attention immediately. This project requires an old hardback book, tin snips (metal shears), a drill, metal mesh (think chicken wire), 2 - 3 meters of copper wire, wire cutters, paint, paper mache (flour and water), and tinted stain.
