MISPRICED ITEMS
Despite our best efforts to ensure accurate pricing, there may be instances where items are mispriced due to human error. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel orders for items listed at an incorrect price. If a pricing error is discovered after an order has been placed, we will notify you promptly, and you will have the option to proceed with the purchase at the correct price or cancel the order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
PROMOTIONAL PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
EraGem does not offer price adjustments on prior purchases. Because of the unique nature of each item, there is no guarantee the same piece would still be available during a future sale. We also do not allow returns and repurchases of the same item at a lower promotional price.
