Jennifer joined EraGem in September 2014. She specializes in customer service and is our liaison with our appraisal, gemology and goldsmith partners. Jennifer helps make every customer experience seamless.
We are a fine jewelry company specializing in previously owned pieces from all eras. Our extensive collection, ranging from the mid-1800s to the present, is available for browsing and purchase directly through our website. Founded in 2006, EraGem has successfully sold and delivered over 30,000 fine jewelry items to customers around the globe.

Scott joined EraGem in August 2017 after fifteen years with the SeriousFun Children’s Network, a global community of 30 camp programs for seriously ill children founded by Paul Newman. Scott enjoys working with people and is an authentic and careful listener who provides an exceptional customer experience.

Heather is well-versed in jewelry sales and retail operations, with a deep love of gemology and a passion for the kind of customer experience process that is as high-quality, memorable, and enjoyable as the jewelry itself.

Meghan joined EraGem in 2019 after many years working in luxury retail. Meghan brings a passion for customer service and believes that jewelry is a personal expression and something that reminds you to remember life’s most important moments. She loves the story behind pieces as much as their timeless beauty.

Emma joined EraGem in June 2023, shortly after becoming a GIA Graduate Gemologist. With several years of experience working in jewelry and sales, she loves collaborating with customers to find pieces they can learn more about, admire, and cherish for a lifetime.

Kim came to EraGem back in 2012 for her first stint with the company and rejoined the team in 2022 as the Appraiser/ QA and product manager. Kim has a background in bench jewelry with a BfA in Small Metals from ASU as well as her Graduate Gemology degree from GIA. Kim works hard to ensure you receive a high quality jewel from EraGem.

Vivian joined EraGem in April 2024 after completing her G.G. at GIA and working in antique jewelry sales. She enjoys fostering a love of jewelry and is excited to continue her gemology and jewelry appraisal journey at EraGem.

Tara joined EraGem in February of 2024 as a photographer and videographer after 10 years of experience photographing product and fashion in the Seattle area. Tara loves working with jewelry and making each unique gem sparkle online.
