The notoriously private couple Jonah Hill and Gianna Santos offered no details about their recent engagement. As I researched this impressive couple, I decided if I had to choose a ring for Gianna Santos, it would be this one, a low-profile, turn-of-the-century, bezel-set diamond engagement ring. Both Jonah and Gianna carefully curate their public lives. As such, they offered no details about the when, the where, or the ring. Left to my own devices, I managed to find a few details about the two celebrities.

How Gianna Santos has managed to stay under the radar for so long is beyond me. This woman is absolutely brilliant. On her website, she describes herself as an art director, stylist, and producer. Add to that content management, budget oversight, and account executive for companies like HBO, Theory, Jack Threads, and KITH. Currently, Gianna works as content manager for Violet Grey. Clearly a leader in the beauty industry, Violet Grey curates and sells high-end beauty brands and the tools women need to use them. As content manager, I assume Gianna oversees the company's content strategy. This not only includes exquisite product pages, but also The Violet Files. Here, a woman finds everything she needs to know, written with excellence and flair, about every possible beauty topic and the best products to meet every need without ever leaving the site.

Jonah Hill Keeps it Low-Key

Bigger than life in the movie industry, Jonah Hill takes great pains to keep his private life out of the spotlight. I truly respect that, yet here I am writing about this amazing couple. I just can't help myself. This engagement represents perhaps the most admirable creative pairing I have seen in a long time. Recently, they worked together to style and produce a music video for Vampire Weekend. Can't wait to see what they come up with next. About their relationship, we know they started walking about New York together last summer. Since then, paparazzi have caught them hand in hand, snuggling up to each other a handful of times. A year later, Jonah confirmed their engagement. On the same day, Variety reported that he purchased a 3,102-square-foot home with views of the Santa Monica Canyon. With three bedrooms, a guesthouse, and a pizza oven, they are set! Right after that, Jonah honored Gianna when he received WSJ Magazine's Innovator Award for his directorial debut of Mid90s, his newest film. That's about all we know.
