Two steps: Go to Eragem and be 100% satisfied. After months of frustration and research, I was struggling to find "the ring" for my bride to be. Eventually, I reluctantly decided to stop being a guy and just go to the source, asking her what she wanted. She showed me several rings that were linked to Eragem's website. Her tastes were along the lines of vintage and estate engagement rings. We paid Eragem a visit and we were blown away at the level of customer service, zero pushiness, and just all around incredible display of knowledge, patience, and humanity. Good luck finding that at the usual suspects of jewelry stores or the mall. Not only did they help my bride to be easily find the ring for her, but the entire process was without pressure, or stress, especially when the subjects of time and money came up. There is no way that this process could have been any easier. Maslow is our guy at Eragem! Since becoming engaged earlier this year, we have picked a date to be married, so we will be needing some wedding bands. Eragem is our first and only stop. For our tastes and high expectations, nobody does it better, and we hope to continue our relationship with them for many years to come.

Definitely one of the best places to shop for unique and vintage rings. Michael was great to work with, no pressure sales, very casual throughout the process while being very informative at the same time -- their website is fantastic at displaying their inventory, so I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted going in, but he was happy to show me any ring I wanted to see. I couldn't believe the deal I got on her vintage engagement ring. It was EXACTLY what I was looking for at less than I expected to pay (by a lot). The ring was perfectly described. Maslow walked me through every step of the way - absolutely professional.

I have received so many positive remarks about the antique engagement ring I gave to my fiancee, and I have EraGem to thank for them. I communicated with Michael for resizing the ring, and he was exceptionally accessible and easy to work with. Their selection is top-notch. Being in California, I never visited their store, but their website is excellently laid out and easy to use, with all of essential details available for the customer's viewing. All told, this is an excellent company.

He ensured that the ring was sized perfectly, without any warping, to ensure it looked stunning when it was received. My fiance was stunned by the ring, and I thank Michael for making the experience painless, and removing all of my concerns about buying an expensive item online. I will definitely look at EraGem in the future for other jewelry requirements.

Quite happy with my experience. I was able to purchase a one of a kind/unique vintage engagement ring which I knew my girlfriend would prefer to a new edgy cut modern ring. The ring I wanted was a bit pricey, but they helped me out with a down payment and allowing me to pay the remainder a bit later and not lose out on the ring. They were very accommodating in letting me pick up the ring after hours, and provided good customer service. There are allowing us to re-size the ring with them complimentary which is a very nice touch. Beyond all this, the ring was a big hit. She is hesitant to even give it up for a couple days for resizing :) I online window shopped a lot of rings in the vintage arena, and these guys were the best selection. That paired with the customer service made for great experience, which I think could be stressful elsewhere.

One of my late night guilty pleasures is looking at the Eragem website. (I initially heard of them from ebay) Their stock is outta this world and is constantly changing to include new vintage and antique jewelry that is top of the line both in quality and uniqueness. My husband bought me an anniversary present from them recently. They resized it for no added cost, which to me stellar customer service. They are sweet & easy to get a hold of. This was the first of many purchases. If you live close by you are so lucky, go check them out!!!
