Two steps: Go to Eragem and be 100% satisfied. After months of frustration and research, I was struggling to find "the ring" for my bride to be. I have received so many positive remarks about the antique engagement ring I gave to my fiancee, and I have EraGem to thank for them. I communicated with Michael for resizing the ring, and he was exceptionally accessible and easy to work with. Their selection is top-notch. Being in California, I never visited their store, but their website is excellently laid out and easy to use, with all of essential details available for the customer's viewing. All told, this is an excellent company.

The customer service with EraGem is excellent. They responded to all my email promptly and extremely courteous. I had a unique situation in that the credit company they use had my birthday incorrect. It took about a month to correct. EraGem put my ring on hold for me so that I could purchase when the credit situation was resolved. Their jewelry is so unique. I am very impressed with EraGem. It's our 25th wedding anniversary this month and we decided to gift each other new wedding rings. I knew I wanted a turquoise blue sapphire with diamonds and after looking at several online I found this very unique estate and vintage jeweler near Seattle. Browsing their extensive inventory was a bit overwhelming in the beginning, but like they say when you find "the one" you know it instantly. There before me was the most beautiful blue-green sapphire surrounded by four large diamonds on an 18K gold band with a white gold top. It was not only me... I fell in love again instantly. I must admit I was a bit apprehensive purchasing such an expensive piece online, but before I knew it I had entered my card and clicked confirm! I was not going to let "my ring" pass me by. Quite happy with my experience. I was able to purchase a one of a kind/unique vintage engagement ring which I knew my girlfriend would prefer to a new edgy cut modern ring. The ring I wanted was a bit pricey, but they helped me out with a down payment and allowing me to pay the remainder a bit later and not lose out on the ring. They were very accommodating in letting me pick up the ring after hours, and provided good customer service. There are allowing us to re-size the ring with them complimentary which is a very nice touch. Beyond all this, the ring was a big hit. She is hesitant to even give it up for a couple days for resizing :) I online window shopped a lot of rings in the vintage arena, and these guys were the best selection. That paired with the customer service made for great experience, which I think could be stressful elsewhere.
