We have an extensive jewelry collection spanning from the mid 1800's to present, all available to browse and purchase directly through our website. EraGem was founded in 2006, we have sold and delivered over 20,000 fine jewelry items to our customers all over the world.

Mark joined EraGem in February 2016 after a 12-year career with two Fortune 200 companies in the greater Seattle area. Mark has a wealth of business experience in purchasing, operations and finance.

Maslow joined EraGem in February 2012 after a brief career with Amazon.com and Nordstrom. Maslow enjoys helping customers both online and in our showroom. Maslow is generous with his time and works hard to ensure every customer is completely satisfied with their experience at EraGem.

Jennifer joined EraGem in September 2014. She specializes in customer service and is our liaison with our appraisal, gemology and goldsmith partners. Jennifer helps make every customer experience seamless.

Scott joined EraGem in August 2017 after fifteen years with the SeriousFun Children’s Network, a global community of 30 camp programs for seriously ill children founded by Paul Newman. Scott enjoys working with people and is an authentic and careful listener who provides an exceptional customer experience.

Kim came to EraGem back in 2012 for her first stint with the company and rejoined the team in 2022 as the Appraiser/ QA and product manager. Kim has a background in bench jewelry with a BfA in Small Metals from ASU as well as her Graduate Gemology degree from GIA. Kim works hard to ensure you receive a high quality jewel from EraGem.

Vivian joined EraGem in April 2024 after completing her G.G. at GIA and working in antique jewelry sales. She enjoys fostering a love of jewelry and is excited to continue her gemology and jewelry appraisal journey at EraGem.

Sam joined Eragem in 2022 with 8 years of photography and video production experience under her belt. She loves learning new techniques and playing with lighting and colorful backdrops to convey the beauty of each piece that comes across her desk. Even in her free time, Sam is rarely without a camera - she enjoys creative portrait photography, shooting live music events, and playing with Photoshop to create fantasy collages.
