Quite happy with my experience. I was able to purchase a one of a kind/unique vintage engagement ring which I knew my girlfriend would prefer to a new edgy cut modern ring. The ring I wanted was a bit pricey, but they helped me out with a down payment and allowing me to pay the remainder a bit later and not lose out on the ring. They were very accommodating in letting me pick up the ring after hours, and provided good customer service. There are allowing us to re-size the ring with them complimentary which is a very nice touch. Beyond all this, the ring was a big hit. She is hesitant to even give it up for a couple days for resizing :) I online window shopped a lot of rings in the vintage arena, and these guys were the best selection. That paired with the customer service made for great experience, which I think could be stressful elsewhere.
